CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION March 19, 2003 <br />APPROVED <br />Councilmember O'Donnell stated he believes the City has to follow the process as it is <br />outlined in the Charter. <br />Community Development Director Grochala stated staff is looking at this in the long term <br />and how the funding for these type of projects will be obtained. <br />Mayor Bergeson stated he believes it has been the City's policy to not do something the <br />neighborhood doesn't want.
