• <br />• <br />CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION APRIL 9, 2003 <br />APPROVED <br />wetland mitigation, area of impervious surface, the floodplain, noise and the acquisition <br />of right-of-way. <br />Community Development Director Grochala advised staff feels the potential impacts <br />identified in the assessment will be appropriately mitigated through conformance with <br />existing regulatory approval processes.
