COUNCIL MINUTES MAY 12, 2003 APPROVED 1 Consideration of Resolution No. 03-71, Approving the Performance Agreement with Living • 2 Waters Lutheran Church, Jeff Smyser — City Planner Smyser reviewed that on March 10, 2003, 3 the Council approved the expansion of Living Waters Lutheran Church and required a performance 4 agreement to ensure that specific site work is completed. City Planner Smyser presented the staff 5 report and stated staff recommends the Council adopt Resolution No. 03-71, Approving the 6 Performance Agreement with Living Waters Lutheran Church. 7 8 Councilmember Dahl moved to adopt Resolution No. 03-71, Approving the Performance Agreement 9 with Living Waters Lutheran Church.
