COUNCIL MINUTES MAY 12, 2003 <br />APPROVED <br />1 Consideration of Resolution No. 03-71, Approving the Performance Agreement with Living <br />• 2 Waters Lutheran Church, Jeff Smyser — City Planner Smyser reviewed that on March 10, 2003, <br />3 the Council approved the expansion of Living Waters Lutheran Church and required a performance <br />4 agreement to ensure that specific site work is completed. City Planner Smyser presented the staff <br />5 report and stated staff recommends the Council adopt Resolution No. 03-71, Approving the <br />6 Performance Agreement with Living Waters Lutheran Church. <br />7 <br />8 Councilmember Dahl moved to adopt Resolution No. 03-71, Approving the Performance Agreement <br />9 with Living Waters Lutheran Church.
