COUNCIL MINUTES MAY 27, 2003 <br />APPROVED <br />575 Mayor Bergeson stated that while this is not an emergency, it comes close. He indicated they have <br />•576 had Comprehensive Plan amendments in the past where they have approved them specifically to deal <br />577 with failed sewer systems. <br />578 <br />579 Councilmember Reinert stated that basically they are correcting an oversight. He likes the idea of <br />580 doing this since they are not affecting their bank. <br />581 <br />582 Councilmember Reinert moved to adopt Resolution No. 03-76 approving an amendment to the <br />583 Comprehensive Plan (Elm Street Project). Councilmember Dahl seconded the motion. <br />584 <br />585 Councilmember Carlson noted they were well into this project before they became aware that this <br />586 situation existed along Elm Street. She stated that while she does not like the idea of using more <br />587 MUSA than designated in the Comprehensive Plan, she will vote in favor of this Resolution. <br />588 <br />589 Motion carried unanimously. <br />590 <br />591 Resolution No. 03-76 can be found in the City Clerk's office. <br />592 <br />593 F. Consideration of Resolution No. 03-77, Amending the Development Agreement for <br />594 Stoneybrook, Michael Grochala <br />595 <br />596 Community Development Director Grochala summarized the staff report, indicating an increase in the <br />597 escrow amount to $235,000 and the Letter of Credit to $3.4 million. He indicated staff recommends <br />iik598 approval of the Development Contract. <br />99 <br />600 Councilmember O'Donnell moved to adopt Resolution No. 03-77 approving an amendment to <br />601 Stoneybrook Development Agreement. Councilmember Carlson seconded the motion.
