Approval of the June 23, 2003 City Council Meeting Minutes •669 670 Mayor Bergeson noted Councilmembers Carlson and Dahl were absent for the June 18th work session. 671 672 Councilmember O'Donnell moved to approve the June 18, 2003 Council Work Session Minutes. 673 Councilmember Reinert seconded the motion. 674 675 Motion carried unanimously. Councilmembers Carlson and Dahl abstained. 676 677 Councilmember Carlson noted that she and Councilmember Dahl were attending a session with the 678 League of Minnesota Cities on the date of the work session. 679 680 Councilmember Carlson noted one correction to the June 23, 2003 City Council meeting minutes. 681 1. Page 3, Line 100 should say 'the City Council has financial approval.', rather than 'the 682 EDA has financial approval.' 683 684 Councilmember Carlson moved to approve the June 23, 2003 City Council Meeting Minutes. 685 Councilmember Dahl seconded the motion. 686 687 Motion carried unanimously. 688 689 Mayor Bergeson announced a Community Service Family Fun Day, July 20, 2003, sponsored by a 690 local union, Lino Lakes Correctional Facility, Lino Lakes Police Department and Centennial Fire Ani 691 Department.
