COUNCIL MINUTES JULY 28, 2003 <br />APPROVED <br />286 Councilmember Carlson asked if the notes from July 9, 2003 should be pulled to be discussed at the <br />.87 next work session because there is reference to the Police Department meetings, which was a closed <br />288 session. Mayor Bergeson noted the minutes state `Mayor Bergeson provided a brief update'. <br />289 Councilmember Dahl indicated there were two major points, and asked if they should be listed. <br />290 Mayor Bergeson stated at this point there are ongoing meetings, and he thinks the reference in the <br />291 minutes is adequate. <br />292 <br />293 Councilmember Reinert moved to approve the July 9, 2003 Council Work Session Minutes. <br />294 Councilmember O'Donnell seconded the motion. <br />295 <br />296 Motion carried. Police <br />312 Chief Dave Pecchia indicated they have 20 neighborhoods signed up so far. He invited the Council <br />313 members to ride with the police that night as they stop by the various neighborhoods. <br />314 <br />315 Fire Chief Milo Bennett indicated he had an addition to the calendar.
