Approval of the September 8, 2003 City Council Minutes (REMOVED) 856 857 Councilmember O'Donnell noted that changes had been made to the September 8, 2003 minutes, and 858 asked that they be removed until he has a chance to review the changes. 859 860 Councilmember Carlson noted that on the August 25, 2003 minutes she has two changes: 861 > Line 278 should read `...in the Comprehensive Plan it says taxes in future MUSA areas would 862 be higher...' 863 > Line 457 should read `...has no details of the terms of the secondary agreement.' 864 865 Councilmember Carlson moved to approve the minutes shown as A. and B. above.
