Consideration of Second Reading, Ordinance No. 22-03, Vacating Ingress and Egress <br />303 Easement, Ravens Hollow Development, Jeff Smyser <br />304 <br />305 City Planner Smyser summarized the Staff report, indicating Staff recommends approval with the <br />306 following condition: <br />307 <br />308 1. Ordinance 22-03 vacating the easement should not be recorded at Anoka County until <br />309 the final plat is approved with the park dedication. <br />310 <br />311 City Planner Smyser stated they will not record the ordinance until the final plat issue is resolved. <br />12 <br />13 Councilmember O'Donnell moved to adopt Ordinance No. 22-03 vacating ingress and egress <br />314 easement within the area of the Ravens Hollow development.
