COUNCIL MINUTES DECEMBER 8, 2003 <br />APPROVED <br />S <br />466 ADJOURN <br />467 <br />468 Councilmember Carlson asked if under the law she can attend meetings of the Lino Lakes Boards, <br />469 and can specify she is there as a citizen and address those boards. She questioned her position under <br />470 the newly adopted guidelines. City Attorney Sullivan indicated under the law she can attend any of <br />471 the Board meetings she chooses to attend. <br />472 <br />473 Councilmember Carlson clarified she could speak as a resident if she states she is speaking as a <br />474 resident.
