COUNCIL MINUTES JANUARY 12, 2004 <br />APPROVED <br />1 Motion carried unanimously. <br />2 <br />3 Resolution No. 04-09 can be found in the City Clerk's office. <br />4 <br />5 UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />6 <br />7 A. Approval of revised minutes of December 3, 2003 Council Work Session <br />8 <br />9 Councilmember Carlson noted the following change to the December 3, 2003 minutes: <br />10 Page 2, Lines 6, 14, and 22 should say `Attorney' not 'City Attorney.' <br />11 <br />12 Councilmember Stoltz stated his intent to abstain from voting on the approval of minutes since the <br />13 meetings occurred prior to his being on the Council. <br />14 <br />15 Councilmember Carlson moved to approve the revised minutes of December 3, 2003 Council Work <br />16 Session as amended. Councilmember Reinert seconded the motion. <br />17 <br />18 Motion carried 4-0-1, Councilmember Stoltz abstaining. <br />19 <br />20 NEW BUSINESS <br />21 <br />22 A. Approval of minutes of December 8, 2003 City Council Meeting <br />23 <br />24 Councilmember Carlson noted the following change to the December 8, 2003 minutes: <br />• 25 Page 7, Line 300, should say `...although a watered down version at the stating <br />26 Councilmembers would follow the advice of the City Attorney. <br />27 <br />28 Councilmember Dahl moved to approve the minutes of December 8, 2003 City Council Meeting as <br />29 amended. Councilmember Reinert seconded the motion. <br />30 <br />31 Motion carried 4-0-1, Councilmember Stoltz abstaining. <br />32 <br />33 B. Approval of minutes of December 8, 2003 Truth -in -Taxation Hearing <br />34 <br />35 Councilmember Carlson noted the following change to the December 3, 2003 minutes: <br />36 Page 1, Line 33, should say `...She indicated she had heard there was a 9 percent valuation <br />37 increase overall for the' <br />38 <br />39 Councilmember Dahl moved to approve the minutes of December 8, 2003 Truth -in -Taxation Hearing <br />40 as amended. Councilmember Reinert seconded the motion. <br />41 <br />42 Motion carried 4-0-1, Councilmember Stoltz abstaining. <br />43 <br />44 C.
