CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION JANUARY 21, 2004 <br />APPROVED <br />1 Councilmember Carlson advised there is an Elm Street party at St. Joseph's Parish on <br />. 2 Friday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. <br />3 <br />4 There were no other changes to the regular agenda. <br />5 <br />6 ANNUAL APPOINTMENTS <br />7 <br />8 Mayor Bergeson suggested the Council hold off on the EDAC appointments due to <br />9 additional interviews. <br />10 <br />11 The Council excused staff and ballots were distributed for the Planning and Zoning Board <br />12 appointments. Mayor Bergeson noted the Environmental Board has one short term.
