COUNCIL MINUTES MAY 24, 2004 <br />APPROVED <br />1 <br />• 2 Councilmember Reinert moved to table this item for further discussion at a work session. <br />3 Councilmember Stoltz seconded the motion. <br />4 <br />5 Acting Mayor Carlson stated this item was put on the agenda by Councilmember Dahl and herself so <br />6 that everyone would be aware that they are discussing it, but that she would be voting against it. <br />7 <br />8 Motion failed, with a vote of 2 nays (Carlson and Dahl) and 2 ayes (Reinert and Stoltz). <br />9 <br />10 Councilmember Reinert moved to accept the Comprehensive Review Process as laid out by staff. <br />11 Councilmember Stoltz seconded the motion. <br />12 <br />13 Acting Mayor Carlson stated they had not received the report in time for March, and they had been <br />14 told they would receive the report so she was not prepared to vote for this at this time. <br />15 <br />16 Councilmember Dahl stated the chart attached to the staff report was different than the charts <br />17 Community Development Director Grochala had been explaining.
