Councilmember Stoltz abstained. 291 292 City Attorney Hawkins suggested the minutes whose motion failed be entered into the book with a 293 statement that they were not approved by a majority of the City Council. 294 295 Staff was directed to look at what other cities do with their minutes and come back with a 296 recommendation for the Council on how to proceed with meeting minutes. 297 298 NEW BUSINESS 299 300 A.
