Consider Resolution No. 04-101 Authorizing Parade Permit Application 69 70 City Clerk Blair summarized the Staff report, indicating Staff recommends approval. 71 .72 Councilmember Carlson noted that in the newspaper article it said the City will host the first Blue 73 Heron Days Celebration. She wanted to clarify the City is not sponsoring this event, and while it is 74 the first Blue Heron Days, it is not the first city -sponsored community event. She believes it will be a 75 good event, but wanted to make the clarification. 76 77 Councilmember Dahl moved to adopt Resolution No. 04-101 approving a parade permit application 78 for the First Annual Blue Heron Days Parade on August 21, 2004.
