She wanted to clarify the City is not sponsoring this event, and while it is <br />74 the first Blue Heron Days, it is not the first city -sponsored community event. She believes it will be a <br />75 good event, but wanted to make the clarification. <br />76 <br />77 Councilmember Dahl moved to adopt Resolution No. 04-101 approving a parade permit application <br />78 for the First Annual Blue Heron Days Parade on August 21, 2004.
