He asked Staff to <br />479 verify there are no strings attached if the City accepts this loan from the Metropolitan Council. <br />480 Economic Development Assistant Divine advised the money was authorized from the State <br />481 Legislature, who chose the Metropolitan Council to administer the loans. <br />482 <br />483 Motion carried.
