COUNCIL MINUTES <br />APPROVED <br />October 25, 2004 <br />93 <br />1.94 Community Development Director Grochala presented the Staff report, indicating Staff recommends <br />195 approval. <br />196 <br />197 Councilmember Stoltz asked if it was beneficial that there are many cities involved in this process, or <br />198 if it is only based on traffic counts. Community Development Director Grochala indicated that any <br />199 projects brought forward have to have the support of the communities involved, so having all of these <br />200 cities, townships and Anoka County and Mn/Dot involved in the process helps to substantiate the <br />201 project. <br />202 <br />203 Councilmember Dahl moved to adopt Resolution No. 04-165 supporting Anoka County's application <br />204 for federal funding, I-35E/CSAH 14 Interchange Design. Consideration of Resolution No. 04-152, Approving Change Order No. 1 and <br />212 Authorizing Payment No. 2, Holly Drive Improvement Project, Jim Studenski <br />213 <br />214 City Engineer Studenski summarized the Staff report, indicating Staff is recommending approval. <br />215 <br />a 16 Councilmember Stoltz moved to adopt Resolution No. 04-152 approving Change Order No. 1 and <br />17 authorizing Payment No. 2, Holly Drive Improvement Project. Councilmember Dahl seconded the <br />218 motion. <br />219 <br />220 Councilmember Dahl asked when the project will be finished. City Engineer Studenski indicated the <br />221 curb and gutter is complete, and they anticipate completing the paving this week. He stated the <br />222 contractor will do as much as possible this fall, weather permitting, with the remainder completed in <br />223 the spring.
