Consideration of Tentative Offer of Employment for Police Officer Position <br />98 <br />99 City Administrator Heitke summarized the Staff report, indicating Staff is recommending approval of <br />100 the conditional offer of Employment with the Public Safety Department to Ms. Jennifer Carr, pending <br />101 successful completion of the background investigation. <br />102 <br />103 Councilmember Stoltz moved to approve the conditional offer of Employment for the position of <br />104 Police Officer to Ms. Jennifer Carr. Public Hearing, Annual Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program, Jim Jacques <br />119 <br />• <br />120 Jim Jacques, TKDA, reviewed the Annual Storm Water Pollution Prevention report. He described the <br />121 six elements of control in the plan, outlining the steps taken in each of these areas. He indicated the <br />122 Council needs to conduct a public hearing to answer questions on the report. <br />123 <br />124 Mayor Bergeson opened the public hearing at 6:53 p.m. <br />125 <br />126 Councilmember Reinert moved to close the public hearing at 6:53 p.m. Councilmember Dahl <br />127 seconded the motion. <br />128 <br />129 Motion carried unanimously. <br />130 <br />131 B. Consideration of Resolution No. 05-13, Approving CUP Amendment, Molin Concrete, <br />132 Paul Bengtson <br />133 <br />134 Assistant Planner Bengtson summarized the Staff report, indicating Staff recommends approval. <br />135 <br />136 Councilmember Carlson asked the size of the storage bay, and whether this would be located into the <br />137 back twenty acres of the site. <br />138 <br />139 Randy Molin, applicant, stated the storage bay is 75 x 500 feet, which is the same as the two storage <br />140 bays they currently operate. He indicated there is still a defining line between this bay and the back <br />141 property line. <br />142 <br />•143 Councilmember Reinert moved to adopt Resolution No. 05-13 approving a CUP Amendment for <br />144 Molin Concrete.
