BOARD OF REVIEW MINUTES APRIL 25, 2005 <br />APPROVED <br />•49 <br />50 Councilmember Stoltz asked what is defined as "Executive Mid-range." Ms. Wiener indicated that <br />51 there were zones set up that were similar, and she would expect that to change in the next year. She <br />52 stated this came about because there were pockets of new homes in different zones. She indicated <br />53 these can now be combined to have several zones together. She stated they will keep the 1960's and <br />54 1970's homes separate, which are usually on larger lots and will sell differently. <br />55 <br />56 Councilmember Dahl thanked Ms. Wiener for the MLS listing information.
