The Council received an invitation to a General Joint Powers Meeting of <br />• 25 the Membership on May 25, 2005. He noted an agenda has not yet been prepared, but the <br />26 issue of restructuring would be discussed. <br />27 <br />28 Mr. McDowell stated a decision should be made regarding the restructuring of <br />29 VLAWMO. The Council indicated at the last meeting they are leaning towards a merger. <br />30 He asked if the Council is ready to pass a resolution approving the merger of VLAWMO <br />31 with another organization. <br />32 <br />33 The Council determined a resolution would not be considered until after the joint meeting <br />34 on May 25, 2005. Council action on this matter would be taken at the June 13, 2005 <br />35 regular Council meeting. <br />36 <br />37 Mr. McDowell distributed copies of resolutions that have already been approved <br />38 regarding the merger of VLAWMO. <br />39 <br />40 2004 ANNUAL POLICE REPORT, DAVE PECCHIA <br />41 <br />42 Chief Pecchia advised he would review the 2004 Annual Police Report at the next <br />43 Council work session. <br />44 <br />45 WEST SHADOW LAKE DRIVE PETITION, MIKE GROCHALA <br />46 <br />47 Mayor Bergeson excused himself from the discussion regarding the West Shadow Lake <br />• 48 Drive Petition. <br />49 <br />
