COUNCIL MINUTES MAY 9, 2005 APPROVED 061 362 Greg Schlink, 3564 Rollingview Drive, White Bear Lake, representing Bruggeman Homes, stated the 363 homes would be the same as previously constructed in Lino Lakes, selling in the upper $300,000 to 364 lower $400,000 range. 365 366 Councilmember Carlson moved to adopt Resolution No. 05-61 approving preliminary plat, Marshan 367 Meadows. Councilmember Dahl seconded the motion. 368 369 Councilmember Carlson thanked the developer, indicating they are always great to work with in 370 following the City's ordinance and growth management plan.
