COUNCIL MINUTES JUNE 27, 2005 <br />APPROVED <br />•448 Mayor Bergeson stated a survey should cover broad topics, and he thinks it is a waste of survey <br />449 money to do a quick study of what people want for road improvements. He indicated a broad survey <br />450 is not feasible in a short period of time, and is not the issue on the agenda tonight. <br />451 <br />452 Motion failed. Vote: 2:2 Councilmembers Carlson and Dahl opposed. <br />453 <br />454 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT REPORT (cont.) <br />455 <br />456 D. Consider FIRST READING of Ordinance No. 04-05, Amending Section 7 of the Lino <br />457 Lakes Zoning Ordinance related to the SC, Shopping Center District, Michael Grochala <br />458 <br />459 Community Development Director Grochala summarized the Staff report, stating Staff recommends <br />460 approval. <br />461 <br />462 Councilmember Dahl moved to approve the FIRST READING of Ordinance 04-05, Amending the <br />463 Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes to designate former SC, Shopping Center Districts as <br />464 GB, General Business Districts and adding Subdivision 5 addressing Planned Development Overlays. <br />465 Councilmember Reinert seconded the motion. <br />466 <br />467 Motion carried. Councilmember Dahl voted yea. Councilmember Reinert voted yea. <br />468 Councilmember Carlson voted yea. Mayor Bergeson voted yea. Councilmember Stoltz absent. <br />•469 <br />470 E. Federal Transportation Funding Letters of Support, Michael Grochala <br />471 <br />472 i. Consideration of Resolution No. 05-81, Supporting Anoka County Application <br />473 for CSAH 14 Pedestrian Trail Underpass Improvements <br />474 <br />475 Community Development Director Grochala reviewed the Staff report, indicating Staff recommends <br />476 approval. <br />477 <br />478 Councilmember Reinert moved to adopt Resolution No. 05-81, Supporting Anoka County <br />479 Application for CSAH 14 Pedestrian Trail Underpass Improvements.
