Staff does <br />25 have an approved layout for the project. An open house was held in June for adjacent <br />26 property owners. Many residents attended the open house and staff received a lot of <br />27 positive input. <br />28 <br />29 Mr. Greg Coughlin, SEH, stated he has been working with staff for the last six months on <br />30 the project. He reviewed the layout of the project, noting the roadway will be a four -lane <br />31 highway. The improvements also include three new signal lights, turn lanes and a <br />32 pedestrian path. <br />33 <br />34 Mr. Coughlin referred to a staging plan that includes three phases for total project <br />35 completion. It is anticipated that the project will begin in the spring of 2006 and take <br />36 approximately 1-1/2 years to complete. <br />37 <br />38 This item will appear on the regular Council agenda Monday, July 25, 2005, 6:30 p.m. <br />39 <br />40 SALE OF PROPERTY, OUTLOT C, LINO LAKES MARKET PLACE, MARY <br />41 DIVINE <br />42 <br />43 Economic Development Director Divine distributed a map outlining the property in <br />44 question. She advised a developer has interest in purchasing Outlot C, which the City <br />45 owns. The property is approximately 4,000 sq. ft. and would be purchased for $4.50 per <br />46 sq. ft. <br />47 <br />
