He <br />214 introduced John Shardlow, AICP President and Director of Planning, Dahlgren, Shardlow and Uban, <br />215 Inc. who provided a presentation on the I -35E Corridor AUAR. <br />216 <br />217 Councilmember Carlson asked if state agencies and the Met Council could only make objections. Mr. <br />218 Shardlow replied yes. <br />219 <br />220 Councilmember Carlson asked what type of development would require additional environmental <br />221 review.
