COUNCIL MINUTES OCTOBER 10, 2005 APPROVED 4174 Councilmember Dahl moved to adopt Resolution No. 05-154, Approving Development Contract (Site 175 Grading Only), Marshan Meadows. Consideration of Minutes of September 21, 2005 Council Work Session (Councilmember 186 Stoltz was absent) 187 188 Mayor Bergeson noted this was not on the Consent Agenda because Councilmember Stoltz was 189 absent. 190 191 Councilmember Reinert moved to approve the minutes of September 21, 2005 Council Work Session 192 as submitted. Councilmember Carlson seconded the motion. 193 194 Motion carried 4-0-1. Stoltz abstained. 195 96 B. Calling a Special Meeting of the City Council 197 198 City Administrator Heitke summarized the Staff report. 199 200 Councilmember Stoltz moved to approve the special meeting of the City Council, Thursday, October 201 13, 2005 in the Community Room, with an agenda addition of the header "potential amendments" 202 above the subjects.
