COUNCIL MINUTES DECEMBER 19, 2005 <br />NOT APPROVED <br />022 Community Development Director Grochala summarized the Staff report, indicating Staff <br />223 recommends approval. <br />224 <br />225 Councilmember Carlson asked if there will be changes other than state designation and funding. <br />226 Community Development Director Grochala replied no. <br />227 <br />228 Councilmember Dahl asked if the City would be involved in future road happenings. Community <br />229 Development Director Grochala replied roadway reconstruction needs municipal consent. <br />230 <br />231 ii. Consideration of Resolution No. 05-207, Designating CR 154 (Birch St) from <br />232 CSAH 21 (Centerville Road) to CR 54 (20th Avenue S) within the City of Lino <br />233 Lakes as County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 154 <br />234 <br />235 Councilmember Dahl moved to adopt Resolution No. 05-206, Designating CR 54 (20th Avenue S) <br />236 from I -35E to CSAH 14 (Main Street) within the Cities of Centerville and Lino Lakes as County State <br />237 Aid Highway (CSAH) 54 and to adopt Resolution No. 05-207, Designating CR 154 (Birch Street) <br />238 from CSAH 21 (Centerville Road) to CR 54 (20th Avenue S) within the City of Lino Lakes as County <br />239 State Aid Highway (CSAH) 154. Consideration of Resolution No. 05-208, the Reinert Resolution Supporting the Addition <br />252 of a Question to the City Survey regarding Viking Stadium Funding <br />253 <br />254 Councilmember Reinert summarized his proposed resolution, . <br />255 <br />256 Councilmember Reinert moved to adopt Resolution No. 05-208, the Reinert Resolution Supporting <br />257 the Addition of a Question to the City Survey regarding Viking Stadium Funding. Councilmember <br />258 Stoltz seconded the motion. <br />259 <br />260 Councilmember Carlson stated the survey should also go to the Legislature, which passed the state <br />261 statute requiring a referendum. She proposed an amendment to the motion, "Now Therefore, Be It <br />262 Further Resolved, that the City of Lino Lakes will forward the results of this survey to the Minnesota <br />263 State Legislature, House and Senate, for their consideration and review".
