COUNCIL MINUTES MARCH 13, 2006 <br />APPROVED <br />192 The minor subdivision was required to create a new lot for the bank from the existing 30 plus acre <br />. <br />93 parcel. The bank was constructed following City approval and has been in operation for five years. <br />94 <br />195 In August of 2005, the bank and Richard Schreier, the property owner, brought to the City's attention <br />196 that the minor subdivision/lot split had never been recorded. Staff was notified in February 2006 that <br />197 a Registered Land Survey would be required to facility the lot split because the property is registered <br />198 or "Torrens" property governed by Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 508. Resolution No. 06-51 approved <br />199 the Registered Land Survey. <br />200 <br />201 Councilmember Reinert moved to approve Resolution No. 06-51, as presented. Councilmember <br />202 Stoltz seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />203 <br />204 UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />205 <br />206 There was no Unfinished Business. <br />207 <br />208 NEW BUSINESS <br />209 <br />210 Consider Approval of February 27, 2006 City Council Meeting Minutes (Councilmember Stoltz <br />211 was absent) – Councilmember Reinert moved to approve the February 27, 2006 City Council <br />212 Meeting Minutes, as presented. Acting Mayor O'Donnell seconded the motion. Motion carried with <br />213 Councilmember Stoltz abstaining. <br />214 <br />015 Consider Approval of February 27, 2006 Council Work Session Minutes (Councilmember <br />216 Stoltz was absent) – Councilmember Reinert moved to approve the February 27, 2006 Council Work <br />217 Session Minutes, as presented. Acting Mayor O'Donnell seconded the motion.
