COUNCIL WORK SESSION APRIL 24, 2006 <br />APPROVED <br />• 1 CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />2 MINUTES <br />3 <br />4 DATE : April 24, 2006 <br />5 TIME STARTED : 5:32 p.m. <br />6 TIME ENDED : 6:08 p.m. <br />7 MEMBERS PRESENT : Councilmember Carlson, O'Donnell, Reinert, <br />8 Stoltz and Mayor Bergeson <br />9 MEMBERS ABSENT : None <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 Staff members present: City Administrator, Gordon Heitke; City Planner, Jeff Smyser; <br />13 City Engineer, Jim Studenski; and Finance Director, Al Rolek <br />14 <br />15 City Administrator Heitke advised the purpose of the meeting is to review the regular <br />16 Council agenda. He stated all Councilmember's also received a memo regarding <br />17 Pomp'sTire landscaping. Staff is suggesting the City Attorney, the neighbors and staff <br />18 goes to a workroom and discusses this issue. <br />19 <br />20 The Council agreed staff and the City Attorney should meeting with the neighbors and <br />21 gather information. A report will be made to the City Council and this item may appear <br />• 22 on the Council work session next week. <br />23 <br />24 The Council reviewed the regular Council agenda and noted the following changes: <br />25 <br />26 1. Item IG, Consider Approval of April 5, 2006 Special City Council Minutes — <br />27 this item was pulled from the consent agenda. <br />28 <br />29 2.
