She inquired about the City <br />19 requirements regarding the lighting. <br />20 <br />21 City Planner Smyser reviewed the lighting requirements within the City ordinance noting streetlights <br />22 are not governed by the ordinance. <br />23 <br />24 The Council directed staff to work with Ms. O'Connell regarding the exact locations of the lighting to <br />25 gather more information and to determine if an ordinance violation has occurred. <br />26 <br />27 SETTING THE AGENDA <br />28 <br />29 The agenda was approved as presented. <br />30 <br />31 CONSENT AGENDA <br />32 <br />33 Council Member Reinert moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. Council Member <br />34 Stoltz seconded the motion.
