Some of these fees have specific statutory requirements. 34 35 City Clerk Bartell reviewed the fees charged by the individual City departments and recommended 36 changes to increase or change fees in some cases, or for the purpose of compliance with Minnesota 37 statutory requirements. 38 39 Council Member Reinert moved to approve First Reading of Ordinance No. 14-06, as presented. 40 Council Member O'Donnell seconded the motion. 41 42 A roll call vote was taken: five yeas and zero nays. Motion carried unanimously. 43 44 Accept Resignation of Community Service Officer Quinn — Mayor Bergeson thanked Officer • 45 Quinn for his service to the City of Lino Lakes. 2
