CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION DECEMBER 4, 2006 <br />APPROVED <br />1 Council directed staff to look at reasonable recommendations to level the tax capacity for <br />2 years four and five within the plan. Those recommendations will be discussed after the <br />3 regular Council meeting on Monday, December 11. Council also directed staff to <br />4 schedule a public hearing for the Five Year Plan on Monday, December 18, 2006. <br />5 <br />6 RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT APPOINTMENT <br />7 <br />8 City Administrator Heitke stated at the November 6 Council work session, the upcoming <br />9 vacancy on the Rice Creek Watershed District Board was discussed. After speaking with <br />10 Anoka County administrative staff and the County Commissioner, staff was informed that <br />11 no municipalities submitted an eligible list of nominees; therefore the County Board will <br />12 be appointing an individual who has directly submitted their name to the Board or has <br />13 been suggested by a County Commissioner.
