The ordinance is now presented for a public hearing, second <br />30 reading and passage. <br />31 <br />32 Mayor Bergeson opened the pubic hearing at 6:41 p.m. <br />33 <br />34 Council Member Stoltz moved to close the public hearing at 6:41 p.m. Council Member Carlson <br />35 seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />36 <br />37 Council Member O'Donnell moved to approve Second Reading of Ordinance 14-06, as presented. <br />38 Council Member Stoltz seconded the motion. <br />39 <br />40 A roll call vote was taken: five yeas and zero nays. Motion carried unanimously. <br />41 <br />42 Consideration of Resolution No. 06-199, Approving Summary Publication of Ordinance 14-06, <br />43 Julie Bartell — City Clerk Bartell stated due to the length of Ordinance 14-06, staff is requesting <br />411144 authorization to publish the ordinance in a summary form. Minnesota Statutes, Section 412.191 <br />45 allow for summary publication when appropriate. <br />2 <br />
