The purpose would be to review the preliminary 2008 budget. <br />REVIEW REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS <br />Minutes of the August 6, 2007 Work Session — There was a request to correct the <br />minutes to remove the following language from line 147, "and an article was in place". <br />That correction would reflect that the article was not in place at the time of the work <br />session. <br />Item 4E, Contract with Centennial School District for youth service officer — Chief <br />Pecchia indicated that some of the figures in the staff report would be corrected by the <br />Finance Officer when the necessary information is available. <br />There were no changes to the regular Council agenda. <br />Council Member Reinert requested that the following two items be added to the work <br />session agenda as time allowed: administrator's review and city hall access policy. <br />Council Member Carlson concurred with the request to add the city hall access policy <br />item. <br />Administrator's Review — It was confirmed at all council member and staff responses <br />regarding the review were included in the official file. <br />City Hall Access Policy - There was a request to review the city's policy regarding <br />council member access to the city hall facility and offices. It was suggested that the Lino <br />Lakes' policy of not allowing council member access to city offices is unique. One <br />member noted that city office access isn't allowed for the Circle Pines council members. <br />
