When asked, he <br />confirmed that a certificate of occupancy for the building would not be issued without code <br />compliance. <br />Administrator Heitke added that he has been in communication with the City of Circle Pines on <br />the project. <br />Engineer Studenski added that the church has hired a firm to work with the Rice Creek <br />Watershed District on the necessary permits. <br />Council Member Reinert moved that the item be tabled until appropriate information is available; <br />the item could be discussed at the next work session but shouldn't be brought back to the council <br />meeting without the additional information.
