As requested by the council, The 80 Commission has provided specifics and staff is bringing forward a resolution amending the 2007 81 budget to appropriate contingency funds to the Charter Commission. 82 83 Council Member O'Donnell moved to approve Resolution No. 07-155, as presented. Council 84 Member Reinert seconded the motion.
