Council Member Dahl introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-70 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING CSAH 23 CORRIDOR DEVELOPMENT IMPACT STUDY <br />WHEREAS, a study has been prepared by the City Engineer with respect to traffic due <br />to development along the CSAH 23 (Lake Drive) corridor, in the vicinity of I -35W, and <br />WHEREAS, the study provides information regarding the traffic impact on CSAH 23 <br />(Lake Drive) due to future traffic growth, and the proposed Lino Lakes Marketplace, <br />JADT, and The Village development, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Study is hereby received. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 29th day of Ma01. <br />Iger, Deputy Cit 'Clerk <br />rges. n, Mayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Reinert and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br />Bergeson, Carlson, Dahl, O'Donnell and Reinert <br />The following voted against same: None <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I hereby certify that the above is a correct copy of a resolution duly passed, adopted and <br />approved by the City Council on May 29, 201.1-- <br />k <br />Jean <br />• <br />er, Deputy City CI k <br />
