• 01-71 <br />Council Member Dahl introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-71 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DISTRIBUTION OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL <br />ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET FOR THE LINO LAKES MARKETPLACE <br />WHEREAS, MN Rules 4410.4300 Subpart 14 establishes thresholds for mandatory <br />Environmental Assessment Worksheets (EAW); and <br />WHEREAS, the City has received applications for the development of a commercial project <br />named Lino Lakes Marketplace which exceeds the mandatory EAW threshold for commercial <br />development projects; and <br />WHEREAS, the project proposer has submitted data for the EAW; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has reviewed the submitted data and determined to the best of the City's <br />knowledge that the EAW is complete and accurate; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lino Lakes City Council approves the <br />publication and distribution of the Lino Lakes Marketplace EAW for public comment as required <br />by MN Rules 4410.1500 <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 29thday of May , 2001 <br />ATTEST: <br />Je. � ger, Deputy Cler <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Reinert and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof Bergeson, Carlson, Dahl, O'Donnell and Reinert <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />
