p1 <br />• <br />Council Member Carlson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-75 <br />RESOLUTION UPDATING 2001 FEE SCHEDULE <br />TO INCLUDE NEW PARK DEDICATION FEES <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council adopted Ordinance 06-01 to establish park <br />dedication requirements, and <br />WHEREAS, the ordinance establishes the method for calculating cash fees in lieu of land <br />dedication, and <br />WHEREAS, the fee amounts are subject to periodic change and therefore not included in <br />the ordinance, and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council has approved Resolution No. 01-72 <br />IDestablishing park dedication fee amounts of $1,665 per residential unit or $2,175 <br />per acre for commercialindustrial property. <br />• <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Lino Lakes City Council <br />authorizes staff to incorporate park dedication fees contained in Resolution No. 01-72 into <br />the 2001 Fee Schedule previously adopted by Resolution No. 01-28. <br />Adop�ys;y the Lino Lakes City Council this llth day of June 2001. <br />Je. .er, Deputy City Ci k -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Dahl and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Bergeson, Carlson, Dahl, O'Donnell, and Reinert <br />The following voted against the same: None . <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />S:\2001 Resolutions\01-75-Update Fee Schedule.doc <br />
