<br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT,
<br />LINO LAKES FIRE STATION
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of the Lino Lakes Fire
<br />Station, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were
<br />received complying with the advertisement:

<br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that Jorgenson Construction is the lowest responsible bidder;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes:
<br />1. That the base bid and alternates 1 through 4 are hereby accepted in the amount of
<br />$3,847,100.00.
<br />2. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
<br />Jorgenson Construction in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction of the
<br />Lino Lakes Fire House according to the plans and specifications approved by the City
<br />Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk.
