Morell for Robinson Drive <br />Improvements <br />• Resolution No. 14-68 Approving the Deposit Agreement for Robinson Drive <br />Improvement Project <br />• Resolution No. 14-57 Authorizing the Preparation of Plans and Specifications, <br />Robinson Drive Improvements <br />The current Land Use Application is for consideration of the following: <br />• PUD Final Plan/Final Plat <br />The following staff report is based on the revised plan set prepared by Plowe <br />Engineering, Inc. dated February 9, 2015 and received by the City on February 9, 2015. <br />ANALYSIS <br />Revisions to PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat <br />Resolution 14-43 approved the amended PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat <br />with conditions required prior to approval of the PUD Final Plan/Final Plat. The <br />conditions have been satisfied unless otherwise noted in this report. <br />Lot Summary <br />The Lot Summary reflects changes from the approved original PUD Development Stage <br />Plan/Preliminary Plat, final plats and amendments. The phasing plan has been reduced <br />from 8 phases to 7 phases. The final plat for Century Farm North 61h Addition consists of <br />29 single family detached lots and 3 outlots. <br />
