The following information was provided for review by Plowe Engineering, Inc.: ■ Final Plat submitted February 9, 2015 ■ Resource Inventory Plan revised February 9, 2015 ■ Preliminary Plat revised February 9, 2015 ■ Grading and Erosion Control Plan revised February 9, 2015 ■ Pre- and Post -Development Drainage Plans revised February 9, 2015 ■ Stormwater Drainage Report revised February 9, 2015 General Comments: 1. The applicant is to submit the RCWD approved wetland delineation report prior to final plat approval. 2. Obtain permits for the project: RCWD, NPDES, MCES, MPCA, MDH, Anoka County. Street and Trail Comments: 1. An 8 foot bituminous path along the south side of Robinson Drive is required to be constructed as part of this development (plans currently show a 5 foot concrete sidewalk). The bituminous path shall extend from Century Trail westerly to Morrell Drive. The southerly bituminous trail extension shown opposite of Cardinal Way (west of existing pond) can be eliminated from this development. 2. The width of Robinson Drive at the bituminous path crossing shall be reduced to 24 feet (face of curb to face of curb) as a traffic calming measure. The crossing shall be striped and signed. Storm Sewer and Drainage Comments: After reviewing the above documents against the City of Lino Lakes Stormwater and Erosion and Sediment Control Ordinance (No. 09-11) and the 2013 Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD) Rules, we have the following comments: St. Cloud • Minneapolis • St. Paul Equal Opportunity Employer wsbeng.com
