CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION March 2, 2015 <br />DRAFT <br />1 Council Member Rafferty reported on a recent VLAWMO (Vadnais Lake Area Water <br />2 Management Organization) meeting. It was the first meeting of the year and that is <br />3 traditionally organizational, introducing new members and reviewing the budget and <br />4 projects coming forward. He noted that the VLAWMA district does not include much <br />5 of Lino Lakes but it is still important to maintain a presence on the board. He noted the <br />6 leadership of the group and also that they continue to discuss the situation with the water <br />7 lawsuit regarding White Bear Lake. <br />8 <br />9 There were no other reports. <br />10 <br />11 9. Monthly Progress Report — Administrator Karlson reviewed the matters <br />12 included on the report. <br />13 <br />14 10.
