9)42016 - <br />Lino Lakes Pre Board Meeting <br />The 2015 Lino Lakes assessment for taxes payable in 2016 saw slight increases in values. The <br />chart below shows the residential sales ratio statistics which the Anoka County Assessors Office <br />is evaluated on by the Department of Revenue. These numbers are based on time adjusted sales <br />prices and the residential time trend for the City of Lino Lakes was 3.64%.
