CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-38 <br />APPROVING A SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT FOR HAMMERHEART BREWING CO. <br />WHEREAS, owner, Nathaniel Chapman has submitted an application for a special event permit; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Hammerheart wishes to allow food truck vendors at their business; and <br />WHEREAS, a food truck vendor would be present every Friday and Saturday from the hours of <br />1:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.; and <br />WHEREAS, Hammerheart has submitted a plot plan of where the food truck will be located on <br />their property; and <br />WHEREAS, food truck vendors are required to contact the Anoka County Environmental <br />Services at 763-442-7069 for permission to operate in the City. <br />WHEREAS, food truck vendors are required to provide their state licensing information to <br />Hammerheart and/or Anoka County Environmental Services. <br />WHEREAS, fire department requires food vendor to be at least 20 feet from the structure; <br />WHEREAS, city staff has reviewed the special event plans and have determined that they meet <br />the requirements of the City's ordinances; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes the issuance of a Special Event Permit to Hammerheart <br />Brewing Co. to be held Fridays and Saturdays. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of April, 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
