CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-45 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING WETLAND AND BUFFER EASEMENT TO RCWD AND <br />APPROVING WETLAND BUFFER MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT <br />LINO LAKES FIRE STATION <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Fire Station project includes the construction of stormwater <br />facilities and wetland alterations adjacent to a Wetland Management Corridor; and <br />WHEREAS, such improvements are subject to the requirements of the Rice Creek Watershed <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, the RCWD permit no. 15-021 requires the dedication of a wetland and buffer <br />easement and execution of a buffer maintenance agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby grants the Wetland and Buffer easement to the Rice Creek Watershed District and <br />approves the execution of a Wetland Buffer Maintenance Agreement between the Rice Creek <br />Watershed District and City of Lino Lakes. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27111 day of April, 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
