The average cost per capita in Anoka County is $204.54 per resident and <br />$215.54 per resident in our Stanton Group. <br />From 2000 to 2013 the cost per capita for police services in Lino Lakes has increased from <br />$109.15 to $155.20 in 2013 (42%). Officers are expected to be actively engaged <br />with all members of the community.
