CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-07 <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING 2015 <br />COMPENSATION PLAN FOR NON-UNION EMPLOYEES <br />WHEREAS, Section 207.04 of the Code of Ordinances requires the City Administrator to <br />establish and maintain a compensation plan for all positions in the City, which is to be reviewed <br />and approved by the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, this plan is in compliance with Minnesota Statute 471, which is referred to as the <br />Pay Equity Law; and <br />WHEREAS, the compensation plan for non-union employees includes a two percent (2%) wage <br />increase retroactive to January 1, 2015; and <br />WHEREAS, the maximum salary range of the Public Safety Director increases by an additional <br />two percent (2%) and Community Development Director by an additional six percent (6%). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that <br />the following salary schedule by adopted. <br />City of Lino Lakes 2015 Compensation Plan <br />Effective January 1, 2015 <br />Position <br />Minimum <br />Monthly <br />Step 2 <br />Step 3 <br />Step 4 <br />Step 5 <br />Maximum <br />Monthly <br />City Administrator <br />$8,965 <br />$9,413 <br />$9,861 <br />$10,309 <br />$10,757 <br />$11,206 <br />Public Safety Director <br />$7,966 <br />$8,365 <br />$8,763 <br />$9,161 <br />$9,560 <br />$9,958 <br />Finance Director <br />$7,558 <br />$7,936 <br />$8,314 <br />$8,691 <br />$9,069 <br />$9,447 <br />Comm.
