ArcStone <br />14. GOVERNING LAW AND FORUM. The validity, construction, and performance of this <br />Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Minnesota. Arbitration, litigation, or other <br />legal proceedings with respect to this Agreement may be brought only in Minnesota. <br />15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT.
