EDA MINUTES January 12, 2015 <br />DRAFT <br />DATE : January 12, 2015 <br />TIME STARTED : 7:20 p.m. <br />TIME ENDED : 7:25 p.m. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT : Commissioners Kusterman, Reinert, Rafferty, <br />Stoesz <br />MEMBERS ABSENT : Commissioner Roeser <br />OTHERS PRESENT: : Administrator Jeff Karlson; Community <br />Development Director Michael Grochala; <br />City Clerk Julie Bartell <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:20 p.m. by Vice President Stoesz. <br /> <br />CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES OF JANUARY 13, 2014 <br /> <br />Economic Development Authority (EDA) Member Rafferty moved to approve the January 13, <br />2014 minutes. EDA Member Kusterman seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br /> <br />CONSIDERATION OF ANNUAL APPOINTMENTS <br /> <br />Michael Grochala, Community Development Director, informed the members that each year the <br />EDA is required to hold an annual meeting and make a number of appointments; the list of <br />appointments was before the Authority for consideration. EDA member Rafferty moved to <br />appoint EDA Member Roeser as president, EDA Member Stoesz as vice president and EDA <br />Member Kusterman as treasurer. EDA member Kusterman seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried on a voice vote. <br /> <br />EDA member Rafferty moved to approve other appointments as outlined in the staff report. <br />EDA Member Kusterman seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br /> <br />CONSIDERATION OF ANNUAL REPORT <br /> <br />Community Development Director Grochala noted that the EDA had no meetings in 2014 other <br />than the organizational meeting held in January. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business, EDA Member Rafferty moved to adjourn. EDA Member <br />Kusterman seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at 7:25 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />1
