The Planning & Zoning Board <br />reviewed the concept plan in October 2014. Rick Packer from Mattamy Homes will <br />present more general information regarding proposed architectural designs, development <br />process and schedule. <br />Watermark is located in the northwest quadrant of I-35E and CSAH 14/Main Street. It <br />contains 12 parcels totaling approximately 372 gross acres and consists of a residential <br />density mix of single family lots and townhomes totaling 876 housing units. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />None.
