CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL: <br />Chair Tralle called the Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board meeting to order at 6:30 <br />p.m. on May 13, 2015. <br />IL APROVAL OF AGENDA Vr <br />Chair Tralle requested to add the swearing in of Mr. Masonic and himself to the agenda <br />as well as the re-election of Chair and Vice Chair. <br />III. SWEARING IN OF BOARD MEMBERS <br />Mayor Jeff Reinert executed the Oath of Office to newly appointed board member Matt <br />Kassner and re-elected board members Lou Masonick and Paul Tralle. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br />April 8, 2015 <br />Mr. Laden made a MOTION to approve the April 8, 2015 Meeting Minutes. Motion was <br />supported by Mr. Masonick. Motion carried 4 - 0. (Hyden, Kassner and Tralle <br />abstained.) <br />V. OPEN MIKE <br />Chair Tralle declared Open Mike at 6:35 p.m. <br />DRAFT MINUTES <br />
